Handmade Items and Item Descriptions
All items from The Mamie Jane Co. are handcrafted and therefore prone to slight differentiations. That's what makes handmade items so unique compared to mass produced pieces!
I do my best to represent each item as accurately as possible. Please understand that variations of monitors/screens can cause colors to appear differently. Each item will contain a description.
Cancellations / Exchanges / Returns
I accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Please use the contact form to request your cancellation. Any request made beyond 12 hours is not guaranteed.
If your order has not shipped and you would like to exchange an item, you can do so by using the contact form. Once your order has shipped this is no longer an option.
Due to the hygienic nature of most jewelry pieces, I cannot offer returns. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out using the contact form. Customer service is a top priority and I want to be sure you're happy with every order.
Shipping
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of orders. Upon shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information. I have no control once your package is in the possession of USPS and cannot answer any shipping/tracking questions. Please contact USPS with such questions.
When packaging orders, I take the utmost care to insure your items get to you safe and sound. Because of this, I cannot guarantee any sort of refund due to damages incurred during transit. You are welcome to purchase package insurance and can contact me to do so. Should your order arrive in poor condition, please reach out via the contact form.
At this time, I only ship to U.S. addresses. I hope to offer international shipping in the near future!
